**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and help drive the development of our cloud and data center infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring that it's secure, scalable, and meets the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and you'll be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, build, and maintain our cloud and data center infrastructure, ensuring that it's secure, scalable, and meets the needs of our customers
* Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and develop solutions that meet our business needs
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for our infrastructure, ensuring that they're aligned with our business objectives and regulatory requirements
* Work closely with our IT teams to ensure that our infrastructure is integrated with our applications and services, and that they're delivering the expected business outcomes
* Develop and maintain relationships with our vendors and partners, ensuring that we're getting the best value for our money and that our infrastructure is meeting our needs
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, and identify opportunities for arenaflex to innovate and improve its infrastructure
* Collaborate with our security teams to ensure that our infrastructure is secure and compliant with regulatory requirements
* Develop and implement plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning
* Collaborate with our operations teams to ensure that our infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently, and that we're meeting our service level agreements
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on cloud and data center development
* Strong understanding of cloud and data center technologies, including virtualization, containerization, and orchestration
* Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation
* Strong understanding of security principles and practices, including access control, authentication, and authorization
* Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker or Kubernetes
* Experience with cloud-based services, such as AWS or Azure
* Experience with data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking
* Strong understanding of networking principles and practices, including routing, switching, and security
* Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible or Puppet
* Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR
