**Job Summary**
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our data center infrastructure. You'll be responsible for leading or participating in high-level technical discussions, developing complex infrastructure frameworks, and driving solutions to reduce recovery time. You'll also be responsible for auditing and analyzing solutions for cloud security, privileged access management, and key rotation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead or participate in high-level technical discussions covering innovation and business
* Develop specifications for complex infrastructure frameworks, design and test solutions
* Contribute to the testing of business, application, and technical system requirements
* Drive solutions to reduce recovery time
* Audit and analyze solutions for cloud security, privileged access management, and key rotation
* Configure, code, test, troubleshoot, and report programs using Agile development practices
* Plan complex system upgrades
* Resolve complex patterns as they arise
* Develop a long-term plan to resolve issues and prevent them from recurring
* Direct the daily risk and control stream of tasks, focusing on approaches, techniques, and work guidelines to ensure a positive outcome
* Collaborate and communicate with peers, partners, and executives to resolve issues and achieve objectives
**Required Capabilities**
* 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Designing and Solutions, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
* 4+ years of experience in data center operations
* Experience supporting infrastructure at an enterprise level
* Familiarity with server, storage, network, and organization equipment
* Familiarity with Layer 1 Network Design
* Broad knowledge of data center operations (space, power, cooling, and network)
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and VLAN advancements to perform FQDN generation and tasks
* Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the business and technical organizations, including executive
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**Desirable Capabilities**
* Experience with cloud infrastructure and security
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
* Experience with DevOps practices
* Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools
* Experience with automation and scripting languages
* Familiarity with IT service management frameworks
**Work Assumptions**
* Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Adaptability to work in a 24/7 environment
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds
