Are you a skilled software engineer with a passion for Identity and Access Management (IAM)? Do you have experience with SailPoint and a strong background in cloud and hybrid environments? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an IAM Integration Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more.

Key Responsibilities
As an IAM Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
- Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and experience:
- Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
- Tremendous mindset and a passion for innovation and security

Minimal Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimal qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field
- Option 2: 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
Favored Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
- Experience with SailPoint, IIQ, and other relevant technologies
