**About the Role**

* Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
* Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure that applications meet quality and testing standards.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on web and cloud applications.
* Proficiency in a range of programming languages, including Java, Python, JavaScript, and others.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
* Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
