**The Opportunity**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Community Support Platform team on a part-time remote basis. As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll work closely with our team of engineers, designers, and product managers to design, develop, and deploy scalable, efficient, and high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users, hosts, and teams. Your expertise will be critical in shaping the technical vision and direction of our platform, and you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects that will drive innovation and growth.
**A Typical Day**
As a Staff Software Engineer on our Community Support Platform team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects that will drive innovation and growth. Here are some examples of what a typical day might look like:
* Collaborate with our team of engineers, designers, and product managers to design, develop, and deploy scalable, efficient, and high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users, hosts, and teams.
* Drive, lead, and contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, iteration, analysis, and deployment.
* Lead engineers both within and outside your local team in working out these technical solutions.
* Coach other engineers in developing their technical and collaboration skills.
* Sustain a culture of technical excellence from design, through code review, to production tasks.
**Your Expertise**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of technical expertise, collaboration skills, and passion for innovation. Here are some of the key qualifications and skills we're looking for:
* 9+ years of relevant software development experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
* Solid expertise with backend frameworks in large-scale service-oriented architectures.
* Experience with frontend or full-stack development.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering, product, and design organizations.
* Passion for efficiency, availability, technical quality, and system quality.
* Love for collaborating through code reviews and design conversations, and a willingness to work on your colleagues' efficiency.
* Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience.
**Your Environment**
This position is US-remote qualified, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. While the position is remote, you'll be required to reside in a state where arenaflex, Inc. has a registered entity.
