**Job Summary**
As a Technical Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, helping them to understand the benefits and capabilities of our cloud computing services. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Technical Account Managers and Solutions Engineers, to resolve complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support, and that they are able to achieve their business objectives through the effective use of our cloud computing solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on how to leverage our cloud computing services to achieve their goals
* Process and resolve complex technical issues through case management, email, chat, and phone support
* Perform in-depth analysis of client records and billing statements to identify and resolve issues
* Provide timely, effective, and client-focused support to clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business and technical needs, and to provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
* Drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction and loyalty, and to increase the adoption of our cloud computing services
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and to develop new solutions and services to meet client needs
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and to apply this knowledge to improve our services and support
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience in a technical customer service role, preferably in a cloud computing or IT services company
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
* Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and services, including AWS
* Experience with case management and ticketing systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with AWS services, including S3, EC2, and RDS
* Knowledge of cloud computing security and compliance best practices
* Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks
* Certification in cloud computing or IT service management
* Experience with scripting languages, such as Python or PowerShell
