**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team, responsible for leading the development of our cloud infrastructure. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll work closely with our designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver complex projects that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You'll be responsible for driving process improvement through data analysis, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of External Server farms (3PDC)
* Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
* Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
* Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify opportunities for growth, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, recognizing and acting on chances to move forward
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
* 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure development
* 3 years of experience in leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 3 years of experience in leading large, cross-functional projects involving a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
* 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
* Experience in identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure development, including experience with cloud-based platforms and tools
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvement through data analysis
* Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and make business recommendations
