**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Customer Logistics Manager - Inventory to oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, with a focus on inventory management, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. As a key member of our Supply Chain Solutions division, you'll be responsible for managing direct reports, attaining daily operational goals, and ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, with a focus on inventory management, customer satisfaction, and team leadership
* Manage direct reports, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure team success
* Attain daily operational goals, including customer service satisfaction and expectation management
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, share best practices, and drive business growth
* Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**
* H.S. diploma/GED required
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
* Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
* One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
* Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
* Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
* Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
* Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
* Annual Salary Pay: $65,000-$70,000/year
* Schedule: Monday-Friday
* Hours: 8 hour shift between 7:00am and 7:00pm
