As an Experienced Full Time Airbnb Host Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and claim mediation services to our clients' Airbnb listings. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
