Job Summary
As a Full-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data by accurately entering information into our databases and software systems. You will work independently in a remote setting, utilizing your excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities to complete data entry tasks efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into Blithequark databases and software systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Verify and correct data discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks, and adhere to company policies and standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required, and provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
- Maintain data security and confidentiality, and adhere to company data protection policies
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with excellent typing skills and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ability to learn new software systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with minimal distractions
Preferred Qualifications
