**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Sales Assistant/ Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Preparing, planning, and executing travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
* Processing payments on behalf of clients
* Providing all necessary documents to clients before and after travel
* Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Maintaining relationships with travel partners and vendors, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service
* Working well in a group/team setting, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
* Staying up-to-date on the travel industry and policies, ensuring that our clients receive the most accurate and relevant information
* Completing required certification within a timely manner
* Participating in ongoing training with our company and travel partners, staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and best practices
**Skills and Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States
* A smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and travel partners
* The ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to accuracy and detail
* Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling travel itineraries and respond to client inquiries
* Computer and internet knowledge, with experience using software applications and online platforms
* Personal travel experience is not required, but will be considered an advantage
