As a Virtual Assistant on our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for customer service and technology. **What You'll Be Doing** As a Virtual Assistant, you'll play a critical role in improving our AI-powered customer support system by: - **Logging into Tawk AI and Apollo**: You'll access and edit the back-end chat system to ensure that our automated responses are accurate, clear, and helpful. - **Reviewing past customer chats and AI responses**: You'll analyze months of past conversations to identify areas where our responses can be improved. - **Improving weak responses**: You'll rewrite, expand, or clarify responses as needed to provide the best possible answers to our customers. - **Adding new answers for unaddressed topics**: You'll research and create new responses to cover topics that haven't been addressed before. - **Uploading forms and documents**: You'll upload relevant forms and documents that customers need during specific inquiries. - **Focusing on step-by-step, process-based responses**: You'll create responses that walk customers through complex processes, such as how to register a vehicle or where to mail checks. - **Updating content related to recent policies**: You'll stay up-to-date on recent policies, such as residency legislation, and update our content accordingly. - **Using the Tawk AI improvement dashboard**: You'll use the dashboard to track your progress and identify areas for improvement. - **Communicating with managers daily in Asana**: You'll work closely with our managers to confirm updates and align priorities. **Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a talented individual who possesses: - **Excellent written English**: You'll need to be able to write clear, friendly, and process-driven responses that meet our high standards. - **Experience with chat platforms**: You should have experience working with chat platforms like Tawk.to, Apollo, Intercom, Zendesk, or others. - **Familiarity with editing chatbot content and uploading documents/forms**: You'll need to be comfortable editing and uploading content to our chat system. - **Fast learning skills**: You should be a quick learner who's confident using SaaS tools or dashboards. - **Strong communication and attention to detail**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with our managers and customers, and pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy. - **Ability to work independently**: You'll need to be able to work independently, but also stay highly responsive throughout the day. - **Previous success working remotely in a U.S.-based role**: You should have experience working remotely in a U.S.-based role and be familiar with the challenges and opportunities that come with it. **Schedule** As a Virtual Assistant, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
