**Your Role**
As a German-speaking Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for our SEO clients and partners, providing top-notch customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and queries
* Representing arenaflex and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive a world-class experience
* Managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work
* Assigning SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support
* Collaborating with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients
**What We Expect from You**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Fluent spoken and written German skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our clients and partners
* Good English skills (for internal communication only), with the ability to collaborate with our internal teams
* Proficiency in using standard Google tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs), with the ability to manage and organize your work efficiently
* Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express your thoughts and ideas
* Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards
* Strong conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle situations where clients are dissatisfied or have concerns
**Working Hours and Environment**
As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you have a stable internet connection and a computer with a headset. Our working hours are:
* 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday
* No work on weekends or holidays

**Additional Notes**
* This is a contract position, so you'll not be eligible for traditional benefits
* You must be able to work independently and manage your own time, with minimal supervision
* You must be a citizen or permanent resident of Ireland to be hired as a contractor in this role
**Compensation and Benefits**
