**Job Summary:**
As a Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Promoting and selling air travel on careerzynith to government and corporate clients
* Preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving problems in a mutually beneficial manner
* Communicating with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints and advise on cancelled or delayed flights
* Staying up-to-date on new rules, policies, and procedures that affect customers and communicating them effectively
**Requirements for Success:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
* Knowledge of Native SABRE and ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem resolution
* A high level of initiative, good judgment, and dependability
* Satisfactory attendance required
