As a key member of our Guest Services team, you'll be responsible for delivering 5-star experiences, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and driving business growth. If you're a highly skilled, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional support to our guests, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status * Leveraging AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers, with a deep familiarity with ChatGPT * Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest's issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott * Communicating and escalating issues to Management via Slack * Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms * Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams * Reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement * Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor * Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems * Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in guest services, customer support, or a related field * Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills * Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus * Deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT for comprehensive guest messaging * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with VoiP and phone support * Knowledge of business financials/accounting * Experience in 3rd party vendor relations * Familiarity with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield * Experience in a virtual or remote work environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills * Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI * Deep familiarity with leveraging ChatGPT for comprehensive guest messaging * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
