If you're passionate about customer service, have a strong desire to learn and grow, and are committed to making a difference in the lives of others, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * **Customer Support**: Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare services, providing empathetic and solution-focused support. * **Documentation**: Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * **Customer Information Management**: Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate. * **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and outcomes. * **Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve customer experiences and drive business growth. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. * **Customer Service Experience**: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
