You'll receive comprehensive training to help patients navigate the billing process and resolve their outstanding balances. Over the phone, you'll actively listen to patients and assist them in resolving their medical balances by negotiating and collecting payments. Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive is essential to your success. When challenging situations arise, you'll continue to offer excellent customer service as you resolve their billing issues.
