We're committed to helping our employees reach their full potential and achieve their career goals. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications: * Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment * 6 months of customer service experience preferred * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * Logical problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require the following: * Internet Connection Requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace where our employees feel valued, inspired, and supported.
