* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services and processes
* Upselling opportunities, where required, to enhance our customers' experience and increase revenue
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace
* A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Be at least 18 years of age
* The ability to type 25 words per minute (wpm) with high accuracy
* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Comfort with desktop computer systems and a willingness to learn new software and technologies
* Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions
* The ability to navigate Windows operating systems and other software applications
* Strong organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
