You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering personalized solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Your passion for helping others, combined with your strong product and brand knowledge, will make you a valuable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering personalized solutions * Conduct research and make outbound calls to provide answers for customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members * Assist members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information * Bring your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to their health plans * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues **What You Bring to the Role** * 6 months or more of customer service experience * Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared) * High school diploma or equivalent * Computer experience * High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) * A USB wired headset (or a headset that meets our requirements) * A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for your daily log-in **What You Can Expect** * A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and inclusion * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and coaching * A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values * A base wage range of $16 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities * A healthy benefits package based on your position, including PTO, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness incentives * The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others and be part of a dynamic, global community **About Your Career Growth** We're committed to ensuring you have the skills and support to be successful in your role throughout your career.
