**Job Summary**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. You will navigate multiple systems to resolve complex issues, provide benefits education, and deliver solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers
* Navigate multiple systems to resolve complex issues, provide benefits education, and deliver solutions to customers
* Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while maintaining a distraction-free work environment
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their benefits, claims, and other healthcare-related inquiries
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge of healthcare-related products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
* High-speed internet connection required
* Distraction-free work environment required
* Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
* Ability to complete a 3-week virtual training class with a 100% attendance rate
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Customer service experience in a healthcare-related field
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Knowledge of healthcare-related products and services
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
