We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to patients and their families, while also driving sales and growth for our innovative telehealth services.
**Responsibilities:**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process
* Checking insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations, and ensuring seamless communication with our operations team
* Following up with potential patients to ensure they have all the information they need to make an informed decision about our services
* Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when issues arise, ensuring that patients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner
* Following up with patients on status, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure that they're satisfied with their experience and have all the support they need
* Providing weekly sales updates to our operations manager, helping us to track our progress and identify areas for improvement
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* At least 10 years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of providing exceptional support to patients and families
* At least 5 years of experience as a medical receptionist, with a deep understanding of insurance verification and medical billing processes
* At least 5 years of experience in inbound sales, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
* Strong computer and organization skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong desire to spend all day talking to prospects on the phone
* Highly flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as our company grows and evolves
**Compensation, Growth, and Benefits:**
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
* A competitive base salary of $42,000-$49,000 per year, depending on your level of experience
* A potential annual bonus of up to $5,000, based on your performance and contributions to our team
