As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key contributor to our team, working collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to provide exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions, issues, and concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
