**Job Summary**
As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our revenue operations department. You'll be responsible for performing a range of duties related to medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage. **Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing duties for the revenue operations department related to medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage
* Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
* Responding timely and accurately to payer communications
* Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams
* Partnering with clinics teammates, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
* Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
* Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
* Data Entry experience filling out online forms
* Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
* Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
* Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in revenue cycle or medical billing
* Knowledge of medical billing software and systems
* Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs)
* Certification in medical billing or coding (e.g., CPC, CMC)
