You'll provide a signature arenaflex experience by treating customers with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, and identifying various customer segments to offer suitable solutions. Your responsibilities will include: * Interacting with customers and negotiating bill arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections * Providing a signature arenaflex experience by treating customers with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, and identifying various customer segments to offer suitable solutions * Demonstrating problem-solving skills through probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.) * Working in a multi-media environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritization * Utilizing various data and reports to respond to customer inquiries, identify issues, and resolve customer problems **What We're Looking For** * High School Diploma or GED * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays * 1-2 years of previous customer experience or customer service experience * Ability to interact with customers, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style, and de-escalate as needed * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills * Experience handling escalated customer complaints * Ability to apply various data and reports to respond to customer inquiries, identify issues, and resolve customer problems * Strong technical skills, ability to work within multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/Microsoft applications * Access to a home workspace that is free from noise distractions to perform the role * Hardwired internet at your home location (Hardwired: using an Ethernet cable to directly connect the Target-issued laptop to the modem or router) * Meet the minimum bandwidth requirement of 40mbps download/5mbps upload * Ability to interact through a Target-issued internet digital camera for required meetings, training, and/or interactions * Ability to securely lift and carry up to 25 pounds of equipment **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $18/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and more * 401(k) plan with company match * Employee discount * Quick-term disability * Long-term disability * Paid sick leave * Paid national holidays * Paid vacation * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits * Work environment and company culture highlights at arenaflex **How to Apply** If you're passionate about customer service and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
