We're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering for all our employees. **Job Description** As an HRIS Data Entry Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Global Mobility Team and HR Technology and Analysis Team. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including: **Global Mobility Team (50% of role)** * Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro * Process vendor payment in PEGA * Process Concur requests for credit card payment (HR Corporate Card) * Access AssignmentPro and review employee expense reimbursement requests * Check receipts that employees submitted along with requested amounts (Approval will be processed by Mobility Manager or Senior Manager) * Perform various AssignmentPro data entry tasks for global assignees * Complete I9 E-verification processes * Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Global Mobility Team **HR Technology and Analysis Team (50% of role)** * Data entry for new hires, terms, data changes, any documentation, and testing in Success Factors * Data entry and auditing for all discrepancies of new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations into SF, working alongside other team members * Prepare user guides or any documentation required during data entry activities * Work closely with the existing HRT&A team on testing needed during project implementation phases for Position Management, performance cycles, recruitment modules, etc. * Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the HR T&A Team **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Japanese and English bilingual skills * Knowledge of SAP systems, including PEGA and Concur, as well as Success Factors Employee Central * Exposure and understanding of HR operations * Preferred experience working in global companies * Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Access * A quick learner with a strong commitment to accomplishing tasks and goals * Team player with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration * Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible, respectful, and able to meet tight deadlines * Organized and autonomous, with the ability to multitask * Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach * Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards when handling HR information **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's degree required * 1+ years of experience in a human resources department or performing similar responsibilities required * 1+ years of Success Factors experience is highly preferred * 1+ years of PEGA and Concur experience is highly preferred **What's on Offer** * Highly competitive hourly rate * Long-term 12-month contract * Hybrid role with 2 days in the office * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm * Fantastic company culture and diverse work environment * Medical and dental benefits provided from day 1 **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering for all our employees.
