Our expertise in strategy, design, execution, and operations unlocks business value through our full-stack capabilities and speed. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Hybrid Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Servicing team in Troy, MI. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions, providing exceptional support and resolving issues related to home owners insurance. If you're a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** * Handle approximately 35-45 inbound calls per day, with an average call duration of 11-14 minutes * Respond to customer inquiries related to home owners insurance, including payment and coverage questions * Utilize multiple systems to research and document phone calls, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer issues * Provide professional and courteous service to customers, both internal and external, meeting or exceeding our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide proactive support * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including attendance, quality, and meeting adherence expectations * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Schedule and Work Environment** * First 30 days: On-site training from 9:30am to 6pm, Monday through Friday * Hybrid schedule: 11:30am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to adjust based on meeting adherence, quality, and attendance expectations * Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of experienced customer service professionals * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour, depending on language proficiency (English or Spanish) * Eligibility for benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, and employee assistance program * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Recognition and rewards for exceptional performance and contributions to the team **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or insurance-related environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to resolve complex customer issues * Proficiency in multiple systems and software applications, with ability to learn new systems quickly * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Availability to work a hybrid schedule, including evenings and weekends **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual in Spanish, with ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers * Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment * Certification in customer service or a related field * Familiarity with insurance products and services, including home owners insurance * Experience working with multiple systems and software applications, including CRM and ticketing systems **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
