Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our students, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for making a difference. **Job Summary** As an Immunization Data Entry Specialist (ETS), you'll be responsible for processing immunization forms, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with students and families regarding immunization compliance. You'll work closely with our Immunization Coordinators and Nurses to ensure seamless data entry and communication. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Processes immunization forms obtained by upload, e-mail, or mail, checking records for proper information, entering data into the database, and maintaining copies of the forms. * Oversees student compliance to State and University immunization requirements for over 5,000 students, including visiting students with differing requirements. * Notifies students when further immunizations are needed via secure patient portal. * Enters and maintains immunization medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Works closely with Immunization Coordinators and Nurses to ensure seamless data entry and communication. * Communicates with students regarding immunization compliance status, providing clear and concise information. * Maintains knowledge of the Georgia Registry of Immunization Transactions and Services (GRITS). * Assists new and returning students with understanding immunization requirements, providing guidance and support. * Maintains all immunization documentation and reviews for compliance, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Contacts and liaisons outside of the University, as needed, to ensure accurate and timely communication. * Assists students, parents, and visitors with immunization-related questions and issues, providing exceptional customer service. * Oversees and generates immunization information, correspondence, and automated immunization notifications. * Responds to group email box immunization inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. **Minimum Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. * One year of data entry experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to keyboard or type 45 accurate words per minute. **Preferred Qualifications** * One year (1-year) of experience related to data entry in a health-related field. * Experience working in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of immunization requirements and regulations. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate records. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. * Knowledge of immunization requirements and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date on changes and updates. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As an employee of arenaflex, you'll have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Professional development and training programs, to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Opportunities for advancement and career growth, within the university and across the healthcare industry. * Access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. * A supportive and inclusive work environment, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
