**Job Description**
As an In-Studio Game Presenter (Live Chat Agent Alternative), you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with at-home players and presenting our casino games live on-camera from our private, state-of-the-art broadcasting studio.
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our live players.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to our workplace guidelines.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless game presentation and a high-quality entertainment experience.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License.
- Required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
- Must wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Responsible, dedicated, and dependable.
- Individuals who are professional, mature, and understand the importance of workplace guidelines.
- Those with a strong service mindset and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibility and dedication not just to the role but to team collaboration.
- The ability to engage and offer a memorable experience for our live players.
- Quick learners who adapt seamlessly to new concepts.
**Physical Functions**
- Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
- Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
- Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
- Ability to work a full-time schedule
