**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with customers via online chat and respond to a wide range of inquiries
* Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
* Schedule appointments by collecting and narrowing down appointment information
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of available products and services
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM (preferred 40 WPM)
* Proficiency in basic internet and computer skills, including windows-based systems
* Strong multitasking abilities, gaming experience is helpful
* Positive and professional demeanor
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting (2+ years experience)
* Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management
* Experience with online chat platforms and customer service tools
