**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is highly preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems
* Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience, which can help develop quick reflexes and adaptability
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
**Requirements**
To join our team, you will need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Meet the qualifications outlined above, with a strong focus on customer service, communication, and technical skills
* Demonstrate a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
