**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

* **Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review**: Collect and record customer contact information, including names, email addresses, and phone numbers, to help our clients generate leads and review customer interactions.
* **Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review**: Provide a summary of customer interactions, including customer needs, concerns, and feedback, to help our clients review and improve their customer service.
* **Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services**: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by our dealership clients, including features, benefits, and pricing.
**Requirements**
To be successful as an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary**: While experience in the automotive industry is preferred, we're open to candidates with experience in retail customer service or other related fields.
