**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
* Providing in-depth information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to help customers make informed decisions
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve our services
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools
* A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
