**The Role**
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries from customers regarding various topics, including customer promotions, research eligibility requirements, troubleshooting issues with self-registration, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long-distance service and billing questions. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, wearing a headset, managing incoming calls, and simultaneously working on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner while providing a positive customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to telephone inquiries from customers regarding various topics, including customer promotions, research eligibility requirements, troubleshooting issues with self-registration, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long-distance service and billing questions
* Provide empathetic and professional support to customers, handling stressful and upset callers with ease
* Work on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner while providing a positive customer experience
* Manage incoming calls, prioritizing tasks and meeting productivity standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

**Requirements:**
* Must be 18 years of age
* Must have a GED or High School Diploma
