**The Role**
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls with efficiency, courtesy, and a customer-centric approach. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, while also identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage large amounts of inbound calls with efficiency and courtesy, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective support
* Follow conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics, while also exercising discretion and judgment when necessary
* Identify customers' needs, clarify their information, research their issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems
* Seize opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise, while also ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
* Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile when possible, demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and concerns
* Keep accessible, comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date
* Attend educational seminars and training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
* Meet or exceed personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment
* Proven track record of over-achievement on quotas, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices, including data entry and record-keeping
* Empathetic customer focus, flexibility to manage many different personality types, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
* High school degree, with a strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
