Some of your key duties will include: * Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. * Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. * Providing customers with our organization's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures. * Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management and reporting on customer complaints and inquiries. * Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as necessary. * Completing call notes and call reports as required and updating them in our CRM system. * Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries. * Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. * Performing other duties as assigned by management. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Bilingual (a plus) * Some sales and customer service experience * Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar * Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Some experience with MS Excel (a plus) * Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations **Benefits Program** As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits program that includes: * Competitive wages, with a starting salary of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, plus commission * Medical, dental, and eye insurance available * Vacation and sick time * 401K benefits **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
