**The Role**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and expertise. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to our customers' energy-related needs. Your primary focus will be on customer retention, ensuring that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their journey with arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
* Focus on customer retention, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported
* Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures
* Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
* Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual a plus (arenaflex values diversity and is committed to providing services to customers who speak multiple languages)
* Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and spelling
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, as you'll be required to analyze data and create reports
* Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
