**Job Summary**
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll be the face of our company, and your positive attitude, energy, and reliability will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
* Focus on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and personalized service
* Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures
* Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management in a timely and efficient manner
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and ensuring that customers receive the support they need
* Following up on complicated customer calls and ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction
* Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
* Other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual a plus (but not required)
* Some sales and customer service experience (ideally in the energy industry)
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and punctuation
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the energy industry
* Experience with CRM systems and data analysis
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
