**The Opportunity**
As an Inbound Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for contacting leads who have expressed interest in our services. Your primary objective will be to provide them with detailed information, answer their questions, and collect their contact information. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, build your sales skills, and earn a competitive commission.
**Responsibilities**
* Prioritize leads and manage time effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Listen actively to lead inquiries, addressing questions with confidence
* Demonstrate ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
* Cultivate strong relationships with potential customers, nurturing trust and loyalty
* Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all interactions with leads; building credibility and rapport
* Utilize CRM software (Hubspot) to manage leads and track sales performance
* Take accurate notes on each call to ensure seamless communication with the next department
**Requirements**
* Proven experience as a successful inbound sales representative or in a related sales role
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with leads
* Strong active listening skills to understand and accurately collect the necessary information
* Experience using CRM software and sales tools
* Goal-oriented and driven to achieve and surpass sales targets
* Cultural and language sensitivity to interact with leads from diverse backgrounds
