As an ISR, you will be part of a supportive virtual team environment, working from the comfort of your own home with the flexibility to manage your time effectively. **Key Responsibilities** As an Inside Sales Consultant (ISR), your primary focus will be on promoting arenaflex's advertising and marketing services to local businesses across the UK and Canada. Your success will be measured by hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets, staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection with confidence. Your key responsibilities will include: * Training, strategizing, and efficiently promoting arenaflex's advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, which will be 100% phone-based. * Achieving a high number of new businesses as clients, working one of the following schedules (in your local time), or as otherwise determined by your supervisor: 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.; 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.; or 9:30 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. * Personalizing and managing a pipeline of clients, ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in our CRM (Salesforce). * Working from the comfort of your own home, promoting advertising to small local businesses on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule. * Becoming an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions, adapting product pointers quickly to match customer desires, and asking probing questions to overcome customer objections and rejection. * Reaching and consistently exceeding monthly sales goals, with a strong work ethic and tenacity being key to your success. * Living organized and managing your time effectively to complete your daily tasks, with a focus on winning and achieving your targets. **What It Takes to Succeed** To excel in this role, you will need: * A GED/HS diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or a Bachelor's degree. * No fear of the smartphone and a willingness to learn and adapt. * Proficiency in using a wide range of computer and email skills, including Google Suite, and a MacBook computer provided by arenaflex. * A distraction-free work environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight. * The potential to efficiently prioritize duties and manage independently, with a strong work ethic and tenacity being key to your success. * The ability to obtain contemporary US sales authorization. **Benefits and Perks** As an Inside Sales Consultant (ISR) at arenaflex, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $35, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
