As an Inside Sales Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for promoting our advertising and marketing services to local businesses across the US and Canada. You will be a key driver of sales growth, consistently hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets, staying ahead of daily metrics, and navigating rejection with confidence. In this role, you will work in a supportive virtual team environment, enjoying the flexibility of a remote workspace.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Train, strategize, and efficiently promote arenaflex's advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls, with a focus on customer-centric sales approaches.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working with a diverse range of clients, from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in our CRM (Salesforce).
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients, adapting product pointers to meet their needs and overcoming objections and rejection with confidence.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and tenacity.
* Stay organized and manage time effectively to complete daily tasks, with a focus on results-driven performance.
**What It Takes to Succeed**
* GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
* No fear of the smartphone and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Strong computer and email skills, with experience using Google Suite and a MacBook computer.
* A distraction-free work environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal oversight.
* Current US sales authorization.
