What You Will Do
As an Insurance Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary objectives will include:
- Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
- Expanding business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals.
- Accurately accounting for all currency transactions and timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in our agency management system.
- Connecting with customers quickly, building and leveraging client relationships, and educating and advising customers on which products best fit their needs.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Sales or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $17.29 - $20 per hour, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including:
