**What You'll Do**
As an Insurance Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
* Expanding business by building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals
* Accurately accounting for all currency transactions and delivering deposits to the bank in a timely manner, with scanned documentation in our agency management system
* Building and leveraging client relationships, educating and advising customers on which products best fit their needs

**The Perfect Match**
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with:
* Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
* Sales or customer service experience
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to build relationships with sales customers
* Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
* Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
