**Job Summary**
As an Insurance Agent (Sales & Customer Service) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing expert advice on insurance products, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and implement effective customer service solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions
* Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business and grow existing relationships
* Provide expert advice on insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance
* Conduct needs assessments to determine the best insurance products for clients
* Develop and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including sales and customer service activities
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Meet or exceed sales targets and customer service metrics
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 2+ years of sales or customer service experience in the insurance industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
