**What You Will Do**
As an Insurance Sales Agent - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels**: Meet or exceed sales production goals by building relationships with existing customers and soliciting new business.
* **Accurate accounting of all currency transactions**: Ensure accurate accounting of all currency transactions, including timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in our agency management system.
* **Building and leveraging client relationships**: Connect quickly with customers, build relationships, and educate and advise them on which products best fit their needs.
**The Perfect Match**
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious professional who is:
* **Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)**: Possess a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license, or be willing to obtain one.
* **Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred**: Speak English and Spanish fluently, or be willing to learn.
* **Sales or customer service experience**: Have experience in sales or customer service, or be willing to learn.
* **High School Diploma or GED**: Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
* **Ability to build relationships with sales customers**: Be able to build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
* **Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills**: Possess excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple customers and tasks.
* **Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement**: Be motivated by the opportunity for career advancement and income potential.
**Skills**
* **Bilingual - Spanish: Intermediate**: Speak English and Spanish fluently, or be willing to learn.
