**Job Summary**
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of arenaflex's IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the IT Offices Group to manage the IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, maintenance, and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT lab equipment, and remote communication room basic climate hardware.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, maintenance, and break/fix services for server farm basic infrastructure, IT lab equipment, and remote communication room basic climate hardware
* Manage the IT support of IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications
* Coordinate remotely with professional services responsible for basic infrastructure support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms
* Manage, operate, support, and monitor all basic offices infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room equipment
* Develop and implement server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
* Support IT Offices ground fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring
* Suggest and implement departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and methods
* Ensure compliance with all governing corporate standards and regulations
* Manage project execution of server farm and remote communication room capital improvements, upgrades, and enhancements
* Choose IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for items and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations
* Provide proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm hardware
* Ensure functional sustainability of airport basic climate infrastructure
* Develop Plan Standards for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, HVAC, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems
* Coordinate remotely airport basic infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities
* Review/Store Maintenance Records. Ensure errors are remediated
* Provide remote Occurrence Management goal to airport basic hardware
* Provide remote installation, setup, and operational support
* Maintain strict adherence to change control procedures
* Balance multiple needs within established time constraints
* Adaptability to assist an activity with varying shifts, extended hours, and availability for potential emergency requirements

**What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)**
* Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience
* Knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices infrastructure
* Project management of remote communication room capital upgrades, overhauls, and improvements
* Capital planning and project management for airport basic hardware life cycle substitution
* Support Corporate Land projects that involve remote communication room design/operation and on-site appraisal reporting
* Space, UPS Power, and basic cooling capacity management
