**Responsibilities and Duties:**
As an Experienced IT Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* **Sharing Your Passion:** You must love the brand and be willing to share your passion with customers. Your enthusiasm is contagious, and we encourage you to spread it throughout your interactions.
* **Product Familiarity:** You will be expected to use the brand's products and services, as well as have a deep understanding of the brand site and related media/searches.
* **Competitor Analysis:** You will be required to compare and analyze competitor products to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
* **Empathy and Support:** You will need to be comfortable showing empathy to customers in stressful situations and providing them with the support they need.
* **Communication:** You will be responsible for communicating clearly and concisely with customers through text-based interactions.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **5+ Years of IT Industry Experience:** While not required, experience in the IT industry is beneficial. Knowledge of large corporate or hospital IT systems is a plus.
* **Familiarity with Top OS and Brand Environments:** You should be familiar with top operating systems and brand environments.
* **Passion for Helping Others:** You must have a passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs.
* **Communication Skills:** You should be able to explain complex concepts at the customer's knowledge level and communicate clearly in text form.
* **Typing Speed:** You must be able to type at least 35 wpm with a strong ability to communicate clearly in text form.

**Compensation and Perks:**
As an Experienced IT Chat Specialist, you can expect:
* **1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity:** This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity, allowing you to work as an independent contractor.
* **Performance-Based Rewards:** You will be eligible for performance-based rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards.
* **Insider Information:** You will receive insider information from the brand about new product launches and events.
* **Weekly Pay:** You will be paid out weekly on an hourly basis ($18-$22 per hour based on experience and skill set).
* **Immediate Start:** You will be able to start immediately upon completion of onboarding.
* **Remote Position:** This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere you can connect to the internet.
**Technology Requirements:**
To perform your duties, you will need:
* **Desktop or Laptop:** A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time).
* **Stable Internet Connection:** A stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps).
* **Reliable Sound Output:** Reliable sound output (this can either be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets).
