**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* **Be the Brand Ambassador:** Share your passion for arenaflex and its products/services with customers. Your enthusiasm is contagious, and we want you to spread it far and wide!
* **Product Expertise:** Familiarize yourself with arenaflex's products and services, and be able to compare and analyze competitor products.
* **Customer Support:** Show empathy to customers in stressful situations and provide them with the support they need to make informed purchasing decisions.
* **Technical Knowledge:** Have a solid understanding of large corporate or hospital IT systems, top OS, and brand environments.
* **Communication Skills:** Explain complex concepts at the customer's knowledge level, and communicate clearly in text form.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
* **IT Industry Experience:** 5+ years of experience in the IT industry is beneficial, but not required.
* **Knowledge of Large Corporate or Hospital IT Systems:** A plus, but not necessary.
* **Familiarity with Top OS and Brand Environments:** You should be comfortable working with various operating systems and brand environments.
* **Passion for Helping Others:** You should have a passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs.
* **Communication Skills:** You should be able to type at least 35 wpm and communicate clearly in text form.
* **Technical Skills:** You should have a solid understanding of technology and be able to troubleshoot common issues.
**Compensation and Perks:**
* **1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity:** This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity, which means you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
* **Performance-Based Rewards:** You'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based rewards, redeemable for product and/or gift cards.

* **Weekly Pay:** You'll be paid out weekly on an hourly basis ($18-$22 per hour, based on experience and skill set).
* **Immediate Start:** You can start working immediately upon completion of onboarding.
* **Remote Position:** This is a remote position, which means you can work from anywhere you can connect to the internet.
**Technology Details:**
* **Desktop or Laptop:** You'll need a desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time).
* **Stable Internet Connection:** You'll need a stable internet connection (we suggest at least a consistent 10mbps).
* **Reliable Sound Output:** You'll need reliable sound output (this can either be through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets).
