Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget and scope. Your primary objectives will include:
- Obtaining necessary budgetary approval and acquiring resources
- Coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants
- Defining project objectives and overseeing quality control throughout the project life cycle

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules with dependencies, milestones, critical path, and named resources
- Communicate and provide continuous visibility to current schedules, forecast and manage project spend, and lead project teams in conflict and issue resolution
- Conduct project post-mortems, create recommendations reports, and effectively communicate project KPI and success expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Develop and grow relationships with project leaders and stakeholders vital to the success of the projects
- Monitor overall PMO performance, implement improvement mechanisms, and provide coaching on PMO processes to ensure project success and process compliance
Your strong leadership skills, ability to coach and mentor, and expertise in project management methodologies will be essential in driving project success and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Qualifications and Requirements
