**Job Summary:**
As an IT Support Specialist, you'll provide top-notch technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues related to network frameworks, desktop applications, and equipment. You'll work closely with our team to design, implement, and troubleshoot solutions, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to client support requests and diagnose technical issues, maintaining trust with our clients and ensuring timely resolution.
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, chat, and other channels to discuss recognized issues and resolve them efficiently.
* Investigate complex issues by gathering information, assessing online resources, and collaborating with internal teams to identify solutions and implement fixes.
* Conduct on-site visits within the region to investigate issues and install or upgrade equipment and software as needed.
* Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and service levels are met.
* Complete service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on network frameworks and desktop infrastructure.
* Strong technical skills, including:
+ Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (client/server)
+ Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other Internet browsers
+ Familiarity with Dynamic Registry and other technical tools
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Specialized certifications, such as A+, Network+, or MCP.
* Experience with cloud-based services, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and IT service management frameworks.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of living across various US geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $23.85/hour to $38.75/hour, depending on factors such as market area, work-related experience, and education/training. We also offer:
